Meet our Trainers

Kelly Knower- Has been in the fitness industry for over 15 years and is certified a certified Wellness Coach.

Matt Talbot- B.S. in Applied Exercise Science from Springfield College. Has been training since creating the program at the Y in 2006.

Greta Carey- An experienced trainer from N.C. who worked in the Charlotte YMCA for many years prior to relocating to the area. Greta has been both in the Athol Area YMCA as well as the OIC (now Y in Orange)

Kris Dorsey- A certified trainer who started training 7 years ago. Kris has many specialty certifications including Water Therapy and aquatics based personal training.

Dylan Barnes- Dylan has a B.S. in Exercise Science from Westfield State University and is a driven and motivated trainer who has worked with clientele of all ages and abilities. Dylan is an avid power lifter for those looking to get into that world.

Caroline Mansfield- Caroline has been in the fitness field for over 25 years. Primarily working in the group exercise realm, Caroline is certified by AFAA in both Group Exercise as well as personal training.
