BBC Group Training

Get healthy and fit through personalized and supportive group training!

The BBC Fit For Life Group Training Program now offered exclusively at the Y has been designed and created by trainer and fitness coach Colleen Clyatt who has been in the fitness industry for 27 years. It is geared for all ages, all fitness levels, and is for both men and woman, and sessions run for only 30 minutes with a different workout every time.

In the program you will receive specialized attention and modifications are made for each member as to their personal needs to give the best results possible. We pride ourselves not only in getting fit and healthy on the inside and out but also the friendly non judgmental atmosphere the programs brings. We workout in low lighting to make it a comfortable atmosphere for everyone and you come just as you are.

You will make friends, get unlimited support, and have fun all while being challenged to your level to receive the results you are looking for.
