This low-impact program is for anyone who wants to exercise gently in an aquatic environment.
The soothing buoyancy and hydrostatic pressure of water make this program ideal for relieving pain, stiffness and fatigue. The water provides gentle resistance to build muscle strength and support joints to encourage free movement. Balance, flexibility, and core strength will be improved.
