How It Works

Aqua Zumba® blends the Zumba® philosophy with water resistance, for one pool party you shouldn’t miss!

Benefits

There is less impact on your joints during an Aqua Zumba® class so you can really let loose. Water creates natural resistance, which means every step is more challenging and helps tone your muscles.

Hydrobics

Hydro am & pm – 45 minute – both shallow and deep end, great workout for every muscle

Hydrobics is a low intensity shallow water exercise program which uses resistance tools such and noodles and hand paddles. Hydrobics is a non-academic class in which anyone can participate no matter what his/her fitness level may be.

 

Swimnastics

30 minute – shallow end, low impact, great class for beginners or elders

  • Member Price just $20 for the 8 week session- all water fitness classes included for cost(morning or evening)
  • For non members we have a $99.00 program for an 8 week session
