How It Works
Aqua Zumba® blends the Zumba® philosophy with water resistance, for one pool party you shouldn’t miss!
There is less impact on your joints during an Aqua Zumba® class so you can really let loose. Water creates natural resistance, which means every step is more challenging and helps tone your muscles.

Hydrobics is a low intensity shallow water exercise program which uses resistance tools such and noodles and hand paddles. Hydrobics is a non-academic class in which anyone can participate no matter what his/her fitness level may be.
30 minute – shallow end, low impact, great class for beginners or elders
