Hydrobics
Hydro am & pm – 45 minute – both shallow and deep end, great workout for every muscle
Hydrobics is a low intensity shallow water exercise program which uses resistance tools such and noodles and hand paddles. Hydrobics is a non-academic class in which anyone can participate no matter what his/her fitness level may be.
Swimnastics
30 minute – shallow end, low impact, great class for beginners or elders
AQUA TABATA
High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) where you perform 30 seconds of an exercise at your max effort, followed by a 10-second rest for a certain
number of rounds while in the pool.
