A 30 minute exercise class held in the shallow end of our pool. Emphasizes cardiovascular conditioning, muscle toning and flexibility. A great class for beginners, older adults and those looking to minimize the impact on their backs and joints.
A 45 minute water workout in both the shallow and deep end of the pool. The use of jogging belts, noodles and barbells help to make this a great workout for every muscle of the body.
A 45 minute water class includes splashing, stretching, twisting and grooving to cool Latin beats. Same great workout as land-based Zumba only easier on the joints.
Cost for Aquatic Classes:
Members: $20.00 per 8 week session
Non-members: $99.00 per 8 week session
(includes all land and water classes)
Drop-in rates: $8.00 adults, half price on Fridays
