This Centers for Disease Control (CDC) evidence-based program for prediabetic adults is a 1 year program that will get you on the right track. This program is only offered in a limited number of communities and we are now lucky enough to have it in our backyard!!

The program is a one year commitment to lifestyle change and has changed lives.
